Day 1: Start riding in Manheim Township to Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. Once in Lititz, expect to find shoofly pie, dried corn, rolling farmland, horse-drawn plows and tobacco sheds galore.
Day 2: Spend the day amid the thriving Amish community as you visit the Ephrata Cloister, Mascot Roller Mills and Ressler Family Home. A cool 32 miles brings you to the Fulton Steamboat Inn.
Day 3: On your way to Intercourse, PA stop in and pay a visit to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania. Take a rest in an Amish orchard before hitting the road for the Inn & Spa at Intercourse.
Day 4: Once you’ve eaten enough Intercourse pretzels, depart for Lititz, passing through the Lapp Family Farm and ample opportunity for a scoop or two of ice cream. Pick up some fresh produce as you complete your final miles.
