Introduction to Mountain Biking Clinic

Hone your skills and get stoked to ride!

A one-day mountain bike clinic to learn the basics of trail riding!

This one-day clinic will include about 6 hours of teaching time. We’ll work on fundamentals of body positioning, weighting, pressure control, balance, moving the bike and using the brakes. Then move on to some specific practice. We’ll have some time to practice on obstacles, then move on to the trail and session a few technical spots to test out skills in the real world.

This clinic is intended for folks who have spent a little time on a mountian bike and want to learn the basics.  It is not intended for someone who has not mountain biked before.

This clinic includes: instructor, lunch and one night of camping at Tall Oaks Campground.
