Very impressed with how organized and attentive you are to detail – before, during and after the trip. Colleen and Frank were the best bike tour guides ever – compassionate, sincere, helpful, fun & informative! Our group, as diverse as it was, got along really well together and put up with our little group of 5 from upstate NY!
