Mixed Bag
The trip itself was wonderful. The two staff people were fabulous. The hotels and meals were great. The scenery was terrific. It was the best bike trip I have been on.
The pre-trip communication was terrible. It was by far the worst of any trip I have been on. We did not receive an e-mail until 10 days prior to the trip. Despite the great trip, I would think twice before using your company again.
