Working in Ohiopyle State Park will be one of the most memorable jobs you'll ever have. You get to enjoy Pennsylvania's largest State Park paddling the river, hiking the trails, fishing and hanging out with a great group of folks. If you want to be a raft guide - this is the place to learn! No experience is necessary. We'll teach you all the skills you need to become an accomplished guide and be able to guide on a variety of rivers. If you want to be part of the team, but not a guide - there are positions in reservations, sales, the outfitter store or the restaurant. If you are interested in being a River Guide or Instructor: You must have outdoor skills, excellent communication skills, have up to date first aid and cpr cards. WFR or other EMT training is a plus. Training will be provided for River Guides. It is rigorous and physically demanding. You must have proven skills and/or previous instruction experience for kayaking, mountain biking and climbing instructor positions.
