Some of the best white water rafting in Pennsylvania is in Ohiopyle, PA in the southwestern corner of the state. Incredible convenient to Pittsburgh, drive only an hour south and you’ll find the famous Youghiogheny River, with mild to exciting rafting trips for ages 5 and up. The Lower Yough River (pronounced “Yok”) and the Middle Yough River sections offer you incredible spring, summer and fall fun in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains.
