New Mexico Hub & Spoke
Generally, the trip was good. There were a couple days where we rode out of the city, which we really enjoyed. There were a couple days where we rode in town that we didn’t like as much. The drivers of Santa Fe were incredibly accommodating – letting us all cross a road, giving lots of space. The cooking class on the first night was first class and a lot of fun.
We really liked the hub and spoke model. Would highly recommend this trip in this location. We will look for other locations to do this.
