Pine Creek Pennsylvania Bike Tour

Pennsylvania Pine Creek Trail & Ghost Town Trail Bike Tour

Enjoy 4 car free days on this rail-trail ride that starts and ends in Black Lick, Pennsylvania.  The majority of this trip is spent pedaling along the scenic banks Pine Creek on the trail sharing the same name.  On the final day of the tour you will also experience pedaling on the Ghost Town Trail, rich in industrial history from earlier days of mining and iron/steel production. Lodging for this trip includes a night at the Nature Inn which was recently voted the #1 Eco-Lodge in the United States by readers of the USA Today.

Easy Rider GAP Bike Tour

This is an unbeatable introduction to the charm and history of the Great Allegheny Passage, and bike touring vacations in general. You’ll have plenty of time to explore and enjoy the small towns and amazing cultural and historical sites, including Fallingwater, Salisbury Viaduct and Big Savage Tunnel.  This tour has been designed for the novice cyclist to enjoy, while intermediate cyclists will have the opportunity to ride additional miles or have extra discovery and relaxing time.

Pittsburgh to DC: GAP & C&O Bike Tour

The initial 125 miles of this tour are on the Great Allegheny Passage from Pittsburgh to Cumberland, MD, located on abandoned railroad beds. The final 184 miles from Cumberland, MD to downtown Washington, DC, are on the C&O Canal Towpath, which is the heart of the C&O Canal National Park. You will not believe the tranquility and the beauty of this park; located in the middle of the suburban east coast.

This trip on the Great Allegheny Passage is a slower-paced version of the full 6-day tour. Instead of daily mileage of 50-60 miles, you will be riding 30-45 miles a day. Relax, take in the sights and enjoy! This 4-day tour features a large chunk—but not all of this flagship rail trail.
