Thank you for your interest in a private or custom bike tour! Pick any of our existing trips and departure dates to inquire about making it private for you and your group

 

If you would like to customize an itinerary or date, give us some ideas of what you are looking for. The best bet is to get started on this type of planning at least a year in advance. Generally speaking, the recommended minimum group size is 8 people. Private tours for smaller groups can be arranged, but as there are some additional considerations, please call us to discuss this.

Pricing & Policies for Private Bike Tours

Do you have a group of family or friends and want to travel together without anyone else? Take one of our existing tours and departures and make it a private trip just for your group.

  • Pricing for private departures is the cost of the regular tour with an additional $100 fee per person for 8-9 people and the standard cost for 10-12 people.
  • Private departures do not alter trip details or itineraries.
  • Once a date is confirmed, the deposits for all members of the group are required to be submitted within 2 weeks of confirming the tour.
  • We hold the right after that 2 week time period to post any non-reserved spots online for the public.

Pricing & Policies for Custom Bike Tours

Would you like a tour that is customized just for you? Perhaps similar to one of our existing tours, but with an altered itinerary or in a new area all together. This is a custom tour and here are the details:
  • These trips are subject to additional costs depending on the arrangements being requested.
  • Custom departures alter details and itineraries or perhaps create new tours all together.
  • Once our team confirms the availability of guides to conduct the requested tour and date, a $500 deposit is required by the group leader.
  • Once that deposit is received, we will begin arranging lodging and any activities needed.
  • If we are able to book all lodging and activities on the dates requested, the $500 deposit becomes non-refundable. This deposit is forfeited if the group ends up deciding to not move forward with the trip at that time.
  • We will then need all remaining deposits from the group within 2 weeks of confirming the date.
  • If we are not able to secure the needed lodging and/or activities for the dates, we will refund the $500 deposit unless a new date can be confirmed that works for both the guests and company.
