Our bike tour guides (James and Raina) went above and beyond to make the trip pleasant.
I have some dietary restrictions and they listened to my requests and made sure I had what I needed.
My only complaint was the rental bike, but in the end I was very happy with the bike I got. They did change bikes for me.
