Shipping and Handling Information

All orders received by 3PM ET will be shipped within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We are willing to ship to the continental 48 United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and even internationally. While our shipping rates table is based on orders within the Lower 48, it is usually very effective for orders going to other destinations as well. We may use the US Postal Service for such orders, which takes a little longer (usually 2 or 3 extra days) and cannot be tracked, but typically requires no extra cost to you. In the unlikely event of unreasonably expensive shipping, we may cancel your order and refund your credit card. You are still welcome to call us at 800 272 4141 to make the transaction over the phone.

Gift Orders

Sending someone a gift? No problem. Just let us know it's a gift by saying so in the comments section during checkout. You can also give us a message to pass along, such as "Happy Birthday George! --from Gracie." We'll prepare a special packing slip that includes your personalized greeting.

A note on expedited (3 Day, 2nd Day, Overnight) shipping: Please note that shipping charges on expedited shipments that include larger items over long distances (to the West Coast, e.g.) can become exhorbitant. There may be an additional charge in this case, which will NOT appear on the order confirmation page. We will contact you for additional charges, if necessary. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Paddles: Paddles over $200 ship UPS Ground for FREE if they are headed to any of the 48 contiguous states. Paddles under $200 follow the shipping table above. If your paddle is headed outside the continental US, please call 800 272 4141 or email orders@gearfetch.com before placing your order.

Kayaks: Full price (non-blowout) Freestyle Whitewater kayaks will ship UPS for FREE if they are headed to any of the 48 contiguous United States. Select UPS Ground at checkout to take advantage of this offer. All other Whitewater Kayaks must ship UPS freight to a commercial address, which will incur a charge of up to $200.
