It can sleep 23 people and is located on 40 private acres, so there is room for more. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor with a partial kitchen downstairs. Then on to the adventures... For the kids, or adults who want to relax on a beautiful stretch of river, there is the MiddleYoughiogheny. A step up from there and great for ages 12 and over is the Lower Yough. The Lower Yough is Class III whitewater which you can raft and have fun on without any previous whitewater experience.  Should you have the serious whitewater aderenlin junkies in your family - send them to the Class 5 action of the Upper Yough! Experience is recommended for this ride & get ready to have a blast!

There aren't just river options. Ohiopyle State Park has miles of hiking trails, rail trail biking along the Great Allegheny Passage, excellent swimming holes, rock climbing & single track mountain biking.

2. Uniontown, PA - about 1/2 hour from Ohiopyle, has the closest grocery stores, liquor stores & beer distributors. You might want to shop ahead!
