STEELHEAD FISHING LAKE ERIE PA
Treat yourself to an end of the season extravaganza. Fighting fish bigger than 10 pounds is not an uncommon occurrence. There are dozens of tributaries that Steelhead are running into for winter spawning.
Our main targets will be the mythical runs of Elk Creek, and Walnut Creek, located to the west of Erie, Pennsylvania. We will not limit ourselves to these waters, but they tend to be the most reliable fisheries.
The state of Pennsylvania stocks more than 1 million juvenile Steelhead a year, combined with more than 80% of the Steelhead caught in 2007 were released, the Erie Steelhead run is becoming one of the best trophy fisheries in the country.
