On the world famous waters of the Roaring Fork, Frying Pan & Crystal Rivers.

We will pick you up at the Denver Airport or, meet your guides in Glenwood Springs Sept 23rd or the 30th and enjoy your first afternoon of fishing. From there you will be transported to Redstone - one of the most beautiful spots in this country! Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the red cliffs and the fishing of the Crystal River. The rest of the days will be spent exploring the valley and fishing the world class Roaring Fork & Frying Pan. The only word of caution: If this is your first visit to the area, you will want to return!

Trip Itinerary:

Day 1 - Sunday

Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Lodging: Avalanche Ranch

Pick up at Denver Airport
Meet at the Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs.
Lunch riverside of the Colorado River
Wet a line in the mighty Colorado or Crystal River 
Check in at the Avalanche Ranch and enjoy a home cooked dinner.

Day 2

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Lodging: Avalanche Ranch
Wading on Crystal River near Marble, Bogan flats, Placita
Visit Redstone Castle (on your own)
Dinner will be at the Redstone Inn
Following dinner, transport to Avalanche Ranch, and optional visit of Penny Hot Springs.

Day 3

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner is on your own
Lodging: Avalanche Ranch
Breakfast at the ranch & head to the Roaring Fork. Today will be a big fish day!
Lunch at the Woody Creek Tavern of Hunter S. Thompson fame
The river access is just a few blocks from downtown Aspen, bring your furs for our night out on the town.
You will have more than 100 world class eateries to choose from!

Day 4

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Lodging: Avalanche Ranch
Breakfast at Saxy's in Basalt
Shuttle to the “PAN” will be close to an hour. We will stop en route for breakfast in Basalt at Java Joe's (best breakfast sandwiches in the country!).
Dinner in Carbondale at Whitehouse Pizza, just what we will need after a fabulous day: quick, good and filling!

Day 5

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Lodging: Avalanche Ranch
Avalanche Creek
Farewell dinner in Carbondale. Optional visit to Penny Hot Springs en route back to the ranch.

Day 6

Meals: Breakfast
If you are up for it… Early morning fish before you head for home.

We will transport to Denver International by 4:30 pm. Please do not book flights earlier that 6:00
